I recently moved to the area and found First Freedom due to their amazing reviews. Banks where I used to live got 2 or 3 stars so 5 stars seemed crazy good to me. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted, they made setting up an account super easy. Everyone I have interacted with has been super nice. They make you feel valued and they are genuinely happy to have u as a customer. Like they know they wouldn't have a job without their customers. I am excited to be a customer at this bank.

This is the best bank I ever did business with. The staff is extremely friendly and are personal and care to ask about your day and how you've been. The service is always excellent and the drinks in the fridge are always cold! They have a mini fridge with water, Dr. Pepper, Coca Cola, Root Beer, all of my personal favorites almost like they know me. The only other time I get this sensation in life is when I'm visiting Grandma's house and I open her fridge and its filled with everything she knows I like....this bank is on that same level! Best bank tellers I ever met! I honestly can't wait till it's pay day just so I can go to the bank and see the First Freedom Family. Couldn't be happier with First Freedom, especially the Mt. Juliet Providence Branch. If you have to give your money to someone to hold I'd give it to these folks here. Special shout out to Chrissy, Kaye, and Miah for always taking care of me whenever I come in!
